With aromas of blackcurrant, cherry and dark chocolate, this Cabernet pairs well with light meats and roasted vegetables. Medium tannins and low acidity allow for a smooth finish. On the palate, hints of violet, lavender and dark chocolate add to the delicious depth of this wine, with a pleasing touch of acidity bringing brightness and poise to a lush, fruit-driven finish. The result of deep, rich, intense flavors and moderate tannins make this wine very complex.
