Tasting Notes

This Zinfandel has a deep ruby hue with garnet reflections. It is rich and complex, with aromas of ripe blackberry, black cherry and boysenberry, layered with notes of cinnamon, clove, toasted vanilla and hints of cocoa. It is full-bodied, with concentrated flavors of dark fruit, complemented by warm baking spices and cedar. Extended oak aging lends a velvety texture, integrated tannins and a long, polished finish.
