Crafted for the health conscious, we used membrane transfer technology to expertly lower alcohol without sacrificing the tannins and aromatic complexity of this wine. This allows its true character to remain intact, giving the wine a premium taste that is crisp, fresh and makes you feel better. To achieve the perfect balance, we used 50% stainless steel tanks and 50% French oak barrels with malolactic fermentation. This combination results in a wine that is both complex and refreshing, offering the ideal expression of Chardonnay with every sip.
